TAG - SAHM or FTWM...

Okie, after my nothing-so-special-but-getting-old birthday, I have some tags to do... let me do the easy peasy one first... This one is from the far-far-away-Netherland

So, let me see, to be a SAHM or FTWM???? Definitely SAHM if financial is not a problem. So far, I am lucky to be one....

1) I wish to see my kid growing up.
2) I would like to bring up my own kid so I have no one to blame when my kid misbehave. :P
3) I am not ambitious, I don't really like working....

Grandpa's Birthday...

Haiyor, there are so many birthdays in June. There are 5 of us actually, my brother, then my brother in law, then Papa Sze, then me, then today, my dearest daddy!

So, HAPPY BIRTHDAY DADDY! Sorry dad, no fancy banner or graphic for you. Don't want to flood my blog with only birthday graphic ok? :P Love you so much.

Happy Father's Day, Papa Sze...

It's Papa Sze first ever father's day! He came all the way back from Bangkok so that we could celebrate together, and we did. We had good food, "tar pau"(take away) from the famous Greenview Seafood Restaurant. Since we were having seafood like prawn and crab, it also meant that we'll have to use our hands, and we have Naomi, so we decided to pack it home. :) Naomi was left playing with the maid while we were enjoying our food!!!!

The food, are good, but I think it is a bit too much for the price. I grew up at the village nearby the sea, to me, seafood should not be this expensive. 2 crabs, fried rice and their famous prawn noodle costes RM190. Anyhow, Papa Sze loves the food there so much, father's day right, so his call. :)

Naomi is 7 months old....

That's my Naomi at 7 months old, today.... :) Time does fly so fast, I still remember exactly how it was the first day she arrived!

She sits well but can't crawl yet. ... still rejects to swallow food, but at least she takes a bit more now....

Cloth diaper.....

Ah, I blame you... you got me so addicted to these pretty printed cloth diapers because you described it so well that I just have to have them. Yet, what you said is just so true. They are fantastic..... And with the ultra friendly tau keh soh(lady boss), I just couldn't resist and kept asking for more.....

Yeah!

Finally...... my baby accepted swimming pool.

After 3 weeks of effort, Naomi accpeted the swimming pool; still refusing to sit in the float, but at lease she starts to like playing with the water.

Now, my mission yet to complete, get Naomi to eat solid! She hates taking solid food, be it porridge, baby food in jar, rice cereal.... She did show interest in porridge at first, but after 5 days, she started to shut her mouth tight whenever I tried to feed her. Argh!

Bad service...

I went to pick up Papa Sze the other day from KLIA airport. I had to collect the tickets for Papa Sze to return to Bangkok, so I brought along Naomi and waited there at the ticketing office at 3rd floor. When I took my number, 8 people in front of me. Fine, first come first served.

After half an hour, Naomi started to lose her patient, she didn't want to stay put there anymore, kept screaming... It was ridiculous, there were so many people, yet there was only 1 counter for economy class ticketing service, and there were a few of them standing behind, holding some paper talking for half an hour there... They should see so many of us were waiting; me with a baby; an old lady on a wheel chair; another injured lady on a wheel chair; and others who were so eager to get a ticket!

After 1 hour and 15 mins, even Papa Sze had come out, finally my turn, and you know what? The lady told me that, "sorry, server down." I got so pissed off and asked if there's anything she could do. You know what that b*itch said,"nothing I could do lar, your nasib tak baik(bad luck)." then she walked away. What the f**k??????

Seriously, MAS need a really good hospitality training for their ground crew. Their cabin crew might be nice, definitely not their ground crew. Why still fly with MAS? Just because I need to collect frequent flyer points....

Arghhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!

Naomi is teething....

Naomi is teething.... 2 at the bottom! :)

She showed no sign of teething, I didn't know it until today. In order for me to have a peaceful lunch outside, I gave her a slice of cucumber to bite. After I took away her cucumber, I saw whitish thing in her mouth, at first I thought it must be the cucumber seed... so I put my finger in trying to take it out but to my surprise it's her teeth! Happily called Papa Sze at Bangkok, he got very excited too!

Ha! My girl is teething....

Busy weekends....

*phew*... I don't think I want to have another baby... We had a very very busy weekend. My brother and his family paid us a visit in KL. Naomi got to meet her cousins!

On Saturday morning I got my day off together with my brother and sister-in-law for Japanese Buffet at Jogoya Starhill. We left 3 babies at home with the maids and my parents, muahaha, I need some break. So, in order to reward myself for shedding off some kilos in 2 weeks(do not congrat me yet, I still have like plenty more to go.), I decided to go for buffet. Jogoya, a very nicely decorated restaurant, expensive though, RM78++ per pax for lunch. Worth it? I am not sure. It is not bad, but probably I expected too much from all the good words from others. The oysters are very big and abundant, sashimi are well cut and fresh. Hot dishes.... not too much selection I guess, or did I miss them? But desserts are really good.

After we had our good meal, of course we have to head back home straight so that both our breastfed babies are not in hunger. Hehehe...

The house was in a chaos, toys everywhere, mattress on the floor of living room so the babies can play and sleep on it, toddler screaming for mama, for swimming, for playground.... that's why I start this post with the phrase. Naomi got all excited too, kept screaming and pull her cousin Angelina's hair and made her cry, Sigh.... bully. I start feeling sorry for the kid that's going to sit with her in the kindy already...

There, Naomi bullied Magdelina who is 3 months younger...

And, Naomi bullied Angelina who is 2 years older....
