Bad service...

I went to pick up Papa Sze the other day from KLIA airport. I had to collect the tickets for Papa Sze to return to Bangkok, so I brought along Naomi and waited there at the ticketing office at 3rd floor. When I took my number, 8 people in front of me. Fine, first come first served.

After half an hour, Naomi started to lose her patient, she didn't want to stay put there anymore, kept screaming... It was ridiculous, there were so many people, yet there was only 1 counter for economy class ticketing service, and there were a few of them standing behind, holding some paper talking for half an hour there... They should see so many of us were waiting; me with a baby; an old lady on a wheel chair; another injured lady on a wheel chair; and others who were so eager to get a ticket!

After 1 hour and 15 mins, even Papa Sze had come out, finally my turn, and you know what? The lady told me that, "sorry, server down." I got so pissed off and asked if there's anything she could do. You know what that b*itch said,"nothing I could do lar, your nasib tak baik(bad luck)." then she walked away. What the f**k??????

Seriously, MAS need a really good hospitality training for their ground crew. Their cabin crew might be nice, definitely not their ground crew. Why still fly with MAS? Just because I need to collect frequent flyer points....

Arghhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!

that's y lar .. don't fly with MAS. We usually fly with CX :) better service ..

CX stewardess also more polite and helpful not like MAS .. hehehe .. as if the whole world offended them :)

Well ... MAS need to buck up lar .. otherwise .. at the end of the day, Malaysia one and only national airline kena tutup kedai :(

I sometime do feel I should be more patriotic to fly MAS, but ah, the price to fly to US almost doubled compare to Korean or China airlines, how to justify that?

So uncomparable price & work attitude ah, we tax payers sure have to bail them out when they chap lup.

Mama Bok: Aiyor, I don't think if I write to them also they will bother. I did once, the ground crew was rude to my mum because her luggage exceeded 1kg, flying to Beijing. So what did I get? "we will look into this matter." that's it.2 years already... they probabyly looked somewhere else.

Some of those staffs are seriously dissapointing. I once encountered a case where I asked about which counter to collect my card. Guess what the bitch said? "You tah tahu baca ke?" (you dun know how to read ar?)

Poor awareness of the importantce of cusomer service is gonna kill them one day.

By the way, firs time here. Your girl so cute! ;)
